SUBSCRIBER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Below are the terms and conditions by which you are agreeing to participate in La Flora (the “Club”) as a subscriber (hereinafter, “You” or “Subscriber”).  By participating as a Subscriber (“Membership”), You are joining an exclusive, members-only cannabis aficionado club organized and operated only for the exchange of information about legal marijuana use and the advancement of the broader legalization of cannabis.  

By participating as a Subscriber, You certify Your agreement to and acknowledgment of the following:

You are over the age of 21.

THE CLUB ONLY OPERATES FOR THE EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION AND TO SUPPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF LEGALIZATION.  NO COMMERCIAL OR OTHER PURPOSE IS INTENDED.

 

By joining as a Subscriber, You agree that You will not use the Club to participate in any illegal activities related to cannabis or otherwise, and that You will not hold the Club liable in any way for any such activities, that the Club did not encourage such activities, and that any infraction was entirely Your own responsibility.  

Your Membership is not related in any way to law enforcement of any kind, You are not working for law enforcement in any capacity, or are otherwise using your Membership for any purpose other than the Club's sole purpose - an exclusive, members-only cannabis aficionado club organized and operated only for the exchange of information about legal marijuana use and the advancement of the broader legalization of cannabis.

Any information given to, received from, or seen as part of Your membership with the Club is the intellectual and commercial property of the Club (even though the Club has no current commercial purpose of any kind) and may not be disseminated in any way without prior written consent of an authorized manager or officer of the Club, including, but not limited to, Your “Wishlist.”  This applies even to information that is available in the public domain (except that information that You already knew or obtained from a source other than the Club).  You agree to hold any and all information given to, received from, or seen as part of the Club in the strictest confidence, agree not to use it for any other purpose other than Your personal information and education, and agree to be subject to legal and equitable remedies under the laws and courts of the State of Virginia should You breach this covenant.

The Club has sole discretion as to the operation of the Club, may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time unilaterally, may accept, reject, or cancel membership of any Subscriber at any time without notice or recourse to the Subscriber, and otherwise has sole ownership and control over the operation of the Club, management of the Subscribers, and these Terms and Conditions.  

You acknowledge that Your Membership has no value in and of itself to You and that You have no due process, notice, or other rights in Your Membership.

Any donations You make to the Club are solely to support the purpose of the Club, i.e. the exchange of information about legal marijuana use and the advancement of the broader legalization of cannabis.

You acknowledge that You read and understand English competently, have read this entire document, understood its terms, that no one has offered You any inducement to agree, has coerced You in any way, and are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing and acknowledging this entire document.

I CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND ACCURATE, TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE, AS OF THE DATE SUBMITTED, IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA, UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY.
